Directions: Snap off approx 45cm of floss. Wind the dental floss around the index finger of each hand. Gently guide the floss between teeth, and using an up and down motion clean between the tooth taking care to gently clean the gum line. Using a clean section of floss, repeat the procedure of each tooth. Dentists recommend daily flossing to help reduce the risk of gum disease and tooth decay.
